1. Russian consulates issue visas for foreign citizens entering Russian Federation with business purposes on the basis of the following documents: | Invitation;
| | Passport;
| | Three photos;
| | Consulates in some countries may require additional documents. |
2. In order to process the invitation we need the following information: | Passport details (full name as stated in the passport, date of birth, sex, citizenship, passport number, validity period of the passport, copy of the passport page with the above mentioned details) & XEROX COPY OF PASSPORT;

| | Place of work;Position;
| | Office address and telephone;
| | Full name and date of birth of the child, who is stated in the passport and should be stated in the visa;
| | Dates of visit;
| | Type of required visa;
| | Cities the person wants to visit in Russian Federation (not more than 6, except Moscow and St. Petersburg);
| | City and country, where the person is going to obtain the visa in the Russian Consulate. |
